Broken after 12 uses
I have had the device for a few months and now it does not work! Counted up how many times I'd used it and it was around 12! Very poor and very unhappy with the product and therefore give this one star in every department..

very efficient.
I was suspicious when I was given this for Xmas, that it could not floss better than me, because I am a good flosser.
it is much better at flossing than me and now my wife has started using it too!

Survived 1 charge and now doesn't work
This unit lasted all of one charge and then packed in. All it does now is make a high pitched wine when the main button is pressed. Useless!

Good product poor reliability
The product itself is a good idea and I would say works. However I have read that they are unreliable. My first one lasted 4 weeks.
