Not as good as I thought it would be.
Having wanted to change to the Philips Air Fryer for quite a while, we took the plunge and purchased one. It looks fantastic. It has a lot more uses than anticipated. If however, you are expecting great chips from freshly peeled potatoes, you may be disappointed. They come out looking weird & don't taste great.
Persevering we purchased some frozen chips & cooked those in the Air Fryer. They tasted great & made up for the earlier disappointment.
It is growing on us & does look great...

Good but with faults
Had brought the base model a year agoand was impressed!!
As my motherinlaw still used a pan fryer, igave it to her and brought the digital version.
Yes it make excellent potato products, rosted veg and all your breaded items like scampi.
It is not big enough for a family of four, unless they are not big eaters.
The price is high but wait until you can get them in a sale
All in all i am happy with the machine which is pleasant on the eye, noisy, but easy to clean

Easy to use
I'm quite impressed with this air fryer. Great that you only use so little oil. I've tried a few things in it and most foods cook well. I find the chips cooked are quite brown so you have to guess at best cooking times and temperatures. Jacket potatoes great on outside but a bit hard on the inside. Although its easy to use, some cooking is trial and error until you have found the best time and temperature for your personal preference for the foods you use.

Worth every penny
Fast and easy to use saves hour over the week compared to using the oven. Much healthier than the frying pan. Food tastes better.

It's fast and convenient.
This is a fab design.
It's a lot quieter in use than I expected. And much quieter than my conventional oven. It doesn't cause my kitchen to overheat.
Because it's so quick it gets more use.

Ideal for cooking for one
