I love it ...BUT
This is my second AirFloss as the first had issues (see the reviews by others on this site).
Boots do offer a prompt replacement service - though it is not always convenient to have to switch. Especially when you like to use it at least daily and sometimes twice daily.
Please Philips - make the machine reliable - it is brilliant when working. Fingers crossed my replacement will keep going.

Manufacturing/design defect
This is the second airflosser pro I have had to return to Amazon UK. Fully charged, both stopped working after a short while. There appears to be a problem internally.
When pressing the jet/spray button, nothing happens. Disgraceful that this batch was released for sale and not recalled. I have had the earlier version of the flossed, which worked well for a year.

Very poor reliability
This product was suggested by my dentist as an easy alternative to flossing. It seemed to be a very good product at first , leaving my mouth fresh and clean, however this did not last long. The first unit failed after six weeks, the replacement lasted just over one week. A potentially excellent product let down by poor quality control (or a possible design flaw)

Lasted 2 weeks
Expensive flosser but as I don't enjoy ordinary flossing decided to give this a go. Seemed ok while using but unfortunately it stopped working after 2 weeks. While in the charging dock it showed it was charged but when I took it off it died. Am awaiting a replacement from company I shop I bought it from and will give it one more chance.

AirFloss Pro Unreliable
Well I am on my 6th replacement Airfloss Pro. The product does a great job when it works and I will keep replacing them as it has a two year warranty. I notice that my current one has an increment on the serial number and hope Philips have identified the reliability issues and fixed them. 5 of them just jammed during use and one just kept continuously firing.

On my 4th one in less that 3 months
I like the product ........ However I am now on my 4th one in 3 months. It is getting embarrassing going back to the store to tell them it's broken again. They said it will be the last time they replace it. Phillips please contact me this product cannot be this unreliable.

Product stopped working within 4 months of purchase.
Had to buy a shaver adapter to charge the product as there isn't a shaver socket in my house. This wasn't obvious until the box was opened. The flosser was easy to use and worked well for 4 months but then stopped working whilst in use - a very short life span for a fairly expensive product!

Great when it's working!
Like previous posters, I love this product, but we've been through 4 units in the same number of months. Boots/ Philips have been great at replacing without quibble but there seems to be some design problem. When it works, it's really good!

It lasted two weeks
Only lasted two weeks, and got a replacement last night from Boots. Hope this one lasts longer, but I'm not hopeful after reading the reviews. Surely Philips need to do something (perhaps a recall) as why do they keep breaking down.

Major design defect (but great when it works!)
Gives great clean and easy to use but broke down after a few months. Do Philips read the reviews as this appears to be an inherent design fault? PHILPS PLEASE DO SOMETHING AS IT'S NOT A CHEAP CASUAL PURCHASE!

Good in what they do, but unreliable.
I purchased my first Airfloss Pro in July 2016 and they are guaranteed for 2 years. I am now on my third one as the first two jammed, despite the fact that I am the single user and used it once a day.

This is my third AirFloss Pro
I have owned three of these fabulous machines since November 2015 and they really clean your teeth beautifully. It is questionable whether there is a flaw in the design but they don't last.

Great while it works
It died on me in the first week. While I was using it my teeth felt amazing but it is simply unreliable. Not what I expect of Philips as every other product I use of theirs is great

Broken within 1 week!
The units internal pump failed within 1 week. Stopped shooting out bursts. Just a high pitched squeal from the motor. Am awaiting my replacement but don't have high hopes.

Limited shelf life
Having had the charging unit replaced after 2 months the cleaner stopped working after 14 months. Good idea but I don't think that it really offers value for money
