Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Sonic electric toothbrush HX9351/04 5 modes 1 brush head Glass charger USB travel charger is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 440.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Functional, smart, and effective Charging design really chic. Has new user built in mode which increases the power of brushing over a couple of weeks when you start using it, which i didnt realise at the time, which was good, as when reaches full capacity is really quite powerful! Charge/ storage case really clever so you can take away and not worry about charging as you can plug the case into your laptop/plug socket. Long life battery which lasted over two weeks without being recharged when went away. Gum line felt especially cleaned after use. Only downside is could do with a colored band on the spare heads like rival brands so you can give additional heads to other famy members and identify them easily. Other than that, a very clean effective finish, and a good price bought straight from philips online.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Disappointing performance I have regularly purchased Philips toothbrushes and have always found them very good until now. I originally purchased this product last November. A couple of days ago for some reason it stopped vibrating although fully charged. I had to take it back to boots and get a replacement. I have treated it with care, cleaning it after use and making sure it is stored correctly out of the bathroom area. When I bought this product I also bought one for my wife. In April exactly the same thing happened to her toothbrush and she also had to get a replacement. For something that is currently priced at £299 at boots, you would expect better performance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Life of sonic toothbrushes 3 rd purchase of sonic brush yes love the performance of all just disappointed with their demise has any one else had this problem the brush starts to turn on on its own continues to carry on buzzing away independently can’t stop it yet when you want it to turn on it won’t Boots tell me they don’t have any complaints about this but as I say I’ve have 3 devices all die in this way and my daughter has 3 anyone else have this problem I have bought this new one and the old one is still intermittently buzzing away

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty in Pink This is my first ever electric toothbrush and I am truly amazed by how dirty my teeth were before using this! I thought they were clean before but now my teeth are squeaky clean, sparkly and noticeabley whiter. I have two bridge dentures and this is so gentle on them I think this will prolong the life of this dental work. Since using this brush (started 4 weeks ago), my gums have never bled once. The sensitive feeling of my teeth has gone. My teeth are definitely whiter. The brush is very pretty and the case and charging glass are superb quality. Can't honestly fault this. They say you get what you pay for and this is certainly true with this amazing brush.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just stopped working I have had my toothbrush for 2 1/2 years and it hasn't missed a beat until now....with no warning it's just stopped working. Put it in the charging glass and the battery light glows, but no charge being held in the battery. Have regularly looked after it, treated the battery properly and now nothing. It's a shame as it cleans teeth when working, beautifully. With my wife on her second one - her first did the same thing, I am thinking something isn't quite right. Not sure I will fork out for another as they aren't cheap. Should have lasted longer in my view.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yet another Sonicare has failed.....my 4th After many complaints of previous failures, I registered this free replacement on August 3rd 2017. Today April 10th, it has failed after 8 months one-person use. At this rate, it's like hiring a toothbrush for £18 per month and nobody in their right mind would do that. So sorry, Philips......no more replacements...no more vouchers......just refund me the full price of this item.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor review because of short life span I really liked this toothbrush, but when it went wrong just outside the guarantee period, I found customer care to be very poor - they are really only interested in getting you to buy a new one! The price makes this prohibitive, and I now opt for cheaper models, as clearly the company's emphasis appears to be aimed towards toothbrushes that are more or less 'disposable'.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant product This is certainly the best electric toothbrush I have owned, my teeth feel so much cleaner and it will be interesting to see if my dentist notices an improvement at my next checkup. There are 5 settings (clean, white, gum care, sensitive and polish) and they all do a really brilliant job. I particularly like the fact that it buzzes at varying intervals to remind you to move but I think the best attribute is the charging base and glass, makes things so much easier to keep clean. I noticed right from the first use that my teeth felt so much cleaner. As far as I'm concerned it was money well spent, just wish I'd found it sooner!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Initially it took me a short while to get used to this toothbrush as it feels a little ticklish compared to others I have had; this is because it seems to work on vibration rather than the head spinning around in a circular motion. I believe it cleans my teeth much better than my old electric toothbrush. It is also quieter. The travel case is useful as it can be plugged in to a shaver socket (comes with a lead) and this charges your toothbrush when inside. The other charging option is to use the glass as a charger, which I find is a useful tumbler in the bathroom when not charging. The glass isn't practical to take away with you, so the travel case needs to be used. I wouldn't go back to my old electric toothbrush brand after having experienced this one. There are lots of settings; to be honest I won't use most of these and it's not entirely clear what the difference is in their function, but it could be useful for people who like to use different programmes. The only small criticisms I have are in relation to the wider function (not the way it cleans) and I have mentioned these because this is a higher end product and I would perhaps expect the design to factor these in. As follows: - If you share the brush and have your own heads, there is no way of identifying the different heads. With my old toothbrush you attached a coloured band (supplied) to the head. The only way to have different heads with this brush is to buy entire packs of white or black heads. - Once the brush finishes on its setting, it automatically powers off. I would prefer to have the option to continue brushing. But there are a lot of settings available. - You cannot change the setting before starting the brush. So you have to start the brush, change the setting, stop it again, then load up with toothpaste to start brushing. This means you knock a few seconds off the brush cycle (and it's just a bit of a faff). Or you can start brushing and then change the programme but see point below. - It is very difficult to see the settings once you have started brushing due to the location on the stem. So it's difficult to change the setting once you have started using the toothbrush.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Made to last for 2 years Great product when it worked. After 2 years of usage the on button did not work properly. Not surprised, as the button is a collector of water, paste and limescale. And when it did work it was very sluggish after 2 years of motoring. Philips promised to replace it and asked me to send the old handle back. Two days later , all excited about my replacement, I received my old handle in the post with a note saying it had past the 2 yr warranty period. Thanks Guys.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Toothbrush Very easy to use and with the five brushing programs covering most, if not all, use's. Charging glass is a very good design idea as you no longer have an ugly charging pod sitting on the side. Instead you have a pleasing shaped glass to place the Toothbrush in after use. The USB charging makes travel a lot easier as you only need to take one USB power cube to charge your mobile or toothbrush. The Brush head would benefit from a rubber top as when it comes in contact with teeth not being brushed the vibrations, although not pain fall, are annoying.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worst Philips product ever Have had Philips electric toothbrushes for many years as bought each new model when available. All previous models have been an improvement! The diamond clean looks good but is impossible to use! It relies on a single button to switch it on/off and change the brush programme; this means that when you switch it on the programme changes so you have fiddle about going through about 6 programmes whilst the toothbrush is spraying water everywhere. I would stick with the previous model that had 2 buttons. Avoid this badly designed product!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great product, but lasted less than 2 years. As above - cleans very well, but could not recommend as cost over 2 years (stopped working 1 year and 11 months) is hard to justify.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have if you care about mouth hygiene It is not what offers other brushes with batteries. It took a day or two to get used to it. After one week teeth clean. And I mean it. You will never achieve it with manual brush. Once you get to the clean level, you not understand how you lived before. A perfect tool. I use Corsodyl. It seems important what to use. I had concerns about the battery life. Three of us used one brush with different heads. Do not think is a good idea. Because of the battery… on constant charge after 3 month of use. We had to buy two brushes more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Broke less than 2 months out of warranty... Loved the toothbrush but for the price, I expect it to last more than 2 years and 2 months.
