Rated 1 out of 5 by from Brush doesnt stay in I have only used mine for a few weeks, it was a chrismas present but just got around to unpacking it. The brush does not stay in and flies across the room, once narrowly missing my eye.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from what a shame I was concerned about the number of people reporting failures in the reviews. I discussed this with the merchandising rep in store who reassured me that provided I used the appropriate mouthwash, the product would be perfectly reliable. Mine lasted 8 days before failing, mid-use. I still had 1/3 of the Listerine supplied in the box with my Airfloss Pro. Maybe I was unlucky. or perhaps Philips sells a product with inherent flaws in design and / or manufacture. Very disappointed either way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after a month I liked the idea of the mouthwash being used with it but it stopped working. Only thing it did was make the beeping sound when you pushed the button. Took it back to the store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3 Airflossers and all 3 have broken down Although the Airflosser is effective when it is working, I cannot recommend it. I have had to arrange replacements twice due to breakdowns and now the 3rd Airflosser has met the same fate. Despite being used as per instructions, the unit eventually stops working. The battery is fully charged but all I get is a high pitched noise. This has been the same in each case. It looks very much like an inherent design flaw. It's a shame as when it does work it is effective at flossing teeth. One to avoid I'm afraid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great machine BUT ...... This product is perfect for me as I find it difficult to use normal flossing techniques. It was recommended by my hygienist and I was very happy until after 14 months it overheated when charging, jumped about a bit then died. However, I had no difficulty in getting it replaced at Boots as it was still within the warranty period. I'm hoping the replacement will continue to do a good job and keep both me and my hygienist happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Who needs floss! So far so good, although I have only had this a week this product has been great and I have found this product easier than my usual flossing routine. My partner does not floss as his gaps are quite big so he doesn't find flossing works for him but has found the air floss brilliant for in-between cleaning. I read a few reviews to say the product stopped working after so long so I'm hoping this wont be the case for us and so far so good! Thank you philips

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bought item 5 Dec 2016 Failed 10 May 2017. This is the 3rd one that ha failed. I have now exchanged it in John Lewis for the Standard Philips Sonicare This is the 3rd one that has failed after 6months of use. I have exchanged it for the basic philips sonicare in John Lewis. Had to pay extra £20 although this is a lower model as prices have increased somewhat. Let's see if this standard one is better than the air floss pro which has multi bursts. Noticed on the web site that lots have been failing - l believe Philips may have a problem with these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bought it yesterday. Not well-made Bought from John Lewis Regent St on 3 July. The reservoir lid is leaky, and the mouthwash empties onto the bathroom sink overnight. The airfloss seems to do a good job (today), but I think that the registration form will be useful sometime soon, when I expect to be asking for a replacement...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love it.......but You know I absolutely love this, it works a treat and does exactly what it says. However - we are on our third AirFloss - the first one lasted three months before it seized up, the second one only went a month! I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is third time lucky as I do love it, hence my conflicting stars - for doing what it says 5 stars but for the issues with it seizing up only 3
