Explanation of icons on the remote of my Philips Marathon

    Published on 2021-07-04

If your Philips Marathon vacuum cleaner's remote has a display, discover the meaning of its icons and LED lights.

Do you have a remote control with a display?

    • The number in the middle of the display shows how long you have been vacuuming
    • The icon in the top right-hand corner shows how much battery power is left
    • The icon in the top left-hand corner flashes when the filter has to be cleaned
    • The icons at the bottom of the screen show the current suction power level

Do you have a remote control without display?

The infrared-active light on the remote control flashes when you press a button on the control panel. When the battery is low, this light is on continuously. This light flashes for 15 seconds when you do not press a button to remind you to clean the filter.

You can find more information in the user manual. If the above solution did not help to solve your problem, please contact us.
