Can I return the pump for a refund?

The pump is a personal item and non-returnable. All pumps are tested to ensure they provide suction within the parameters during manufacture. Pumps can be tested through Quality Assurance Department. Philips AVENT will not refund, but will replace a pump deemed faulty during tests.
