Troubleshooting

How do I charge the built-in battery?

The Philips health watch has a built-in rechargeable battery. Use the charging cradle supplied to charge the battery. Only use a double isolated USB-adapter for charging. When the battery is empty, it can be fully charged in approximately 90 minutes. Please follow these steps to charge your device.

  1. Place the health watch into the charging cradle. Check whether the charging pins in the charging cradle are aligned with the charging pads on the watch.
  2. Put the USB cable into a USB-port of a compatible charger, such as a computer or an adapter. When the watch starts charging, it will briefly vibrate.
  3. When the battery is fully charged, the watch will show the battery charge indicator at 100%.

A fully charged battery can be used for approximately 4 days until a recharge is needed.
