Touch control buttons virtually unusable
I bought this so I could swtich between a PC and a Raspberry Pi. One is connected via a VGA cable and the other with a HDMI cable. To switch from one to the other, you have to use touch senstive controls which are out of view (I ended up sticking some adhesive dots on the front of the monitor so I could see what I am doing). They are much too sensitive, so it can take a minute or more before you finally manage to select the right option. These buttons also control the sound, so that is equally diificult to manage.
The Smart Control software only controls the visual display.
It is hard to believe that anyone involved in the design process actually tried to use these controls
The monitor would probably be ok if you only ever wanted to input one source, and didnt; want to cahnge anything on the speaker system

Vast improvement on previous monitor
This was a Christmas present from my son. You know how hard it is when someone wants to know what you want for Christmas. As it happens my old monitor had started to get the dreaded purple band down the left hand side and put up with it I could no longer do - especially annoying when trying to view photographs of my beautiful baby grandson! The new imagine is crisp if not slightly bright but when I get time I'll attend to it when I read the user manual properly! Looking forward to a few years of good service and hopefully no purple bands!!
