I am disappointed about thus product really, its expensive, but performance not that worth.
The glass is very heavy for travelling purposes, brush head goes bad just in a few weeks used, product does not clean teeth better than you use traditional toothbrush. I wish i had not wasted so much money on this product.

I got this tooth brush for Christmas and I must have been really good to get this !!! It's amazing !!!!
Easy to use and get used to, although did tickle a bit at first.
After a weeks use my teeth are noticeably cleaner and with fewer stains. I have natural ridges on my enamel which stains easily so this product is well worth the time and money.
My teeth look brighter and feel glassy smooth. Can't wait to buy for family and will definitely recommend to friends !!!
Well done Phillips can't wait to see the next invention although I think this one is hard to beat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Robskidobski Excellent overall
Very good and very efficient. Only problem is when turning on/off, you have to press the button up to 5 times to alternate between modes. An annoyance, but I can live with it!

I have been using for a for a year now and can see great visible improvement in my gums. I will never again have to endure having my pockets cleaned. Yay!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by sticky117 A FLAWED DIAMOND!
This is the best toothbrush I have ever used - that's why I continue to buy them even though they don't last very long! I'm on my third. The most recent lasted just over two years which is a lot longer than the first one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by buckeheadbob Good But not very user friendly
We have been using Sonicare toothbrushes for over 15 years now and we love them. As far as I'm concerned they are the best tooth brushes out there. They keep your teeth healthier whiter and after brushing you get a super-clean feel! I bought the Diamond Clean one as it's supposed to be the BEST . It looks great and most importantly I'm very satisfied with the results hence the 4 star rating. However, it's 5-mode feature is surprisingly very user-unfriendly, which is quite disappointing. There is one single button which serves as the ON/OFF button and it's also the button you use to switch between modes. There are two problems with that: 1) Obviously, before turning the toothbrush on you have to put it in your mouth first otherwise the toothpaste sprays all over the place. Once you have the toothbrush in your mouth you can't see which mode you're using (unless you're using the "Clean" mode which is the first mode) as you can switch between modes only when the toothbrush is turned on. (and also most of the time the toothbrush memorizes the last mode you've used and starts from that one which complicates things...) It's difficult to fully explain but it's highly inconvenient! 2) in the first 4-5 seconds or so after having tuned on the toothbrush, the only way to turn it off is by pressing the button multiple times (up to 5 times if you're on "Clean" mode) in order to do so, which again isn't very practical. I much preferred previous models which had a separate button for mode selection

Rated 1 out of 5 by JDoe Overpriced and unreliable.
I've experienced the same design fault as others have reported here where the vibration mechanism becomes loose.
My first unit broke inside warranty and was replaced very quickly and with minimal fuss. The replacement then failed in the same manner as the first but in half the time.
Staggeringly poor build quality for the price and a very bad advertisement for the brand considering this is the flagship model.
If I was entitled to another replacement I wouldn't bother to accept it.
