Rated 1 out of 5 by Ryan Awkward, poor performance
The buttons are awkward to press and it's really unclear how to get it started - lots of 'press this button multiple times, then hold this one down for three seconds' - it's just so unintuitive. Progress of heating is unclear (it just flashes for a bit - is it heating, waiting?). Performance is very poor - setting the start temperature and quantity does NOT result in warm milk - the bottle is hot, the milk is cold.

Rated 1 out of 5 by NathanOfYork Poor warming up small amounts
I bought this bottle warmer to warm Expressed Breast Milk (EBM) for my daughter who was born premature. My daughter was 10 weeks early and left hospital after 7 weeks weighing only 4lbs. The amount of milk that she requires for her feed the moment is only 50ml and 15ml with her medicine.
Each time I have used the warmer (carefully following the instructions) the milk is not warm enough. I end up having to put it through the cycle again to get it up to the correct temperature. Sometimes this comes too warm so I have to the bottle under a cold tap to cool it down.
Obviously at the moment I am only using the unit to warm though small amounts of EBM but surely it should still be suitable?
Have tried both the refrigerated and frozen settings all with similar outcomes (frozen EBM comes out at about 70c).
Seriously considering returning this to the store that I purchased it from.

Rated 3 out of 5 by iMisBra The product has great features but easily breaks.
This product really helps when needing to consistently warm up the bottle up for your baby.
Unfortunately, the unit has failed on me twice, the first time the bottom started to 'melt' and the second one we bought, after 2-3 months of use and de-scaling every fortnight, you switch the unit on and after 5 seconds or so it 'cuts out', phoned up Philips Avent and they told me to just de-scale it... as if I've not already tried that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Monkeymonkey Does not fit anticholic bottles
This product DOES NOT fit the philips avent anticholic bottles in any size greater than 125ml despite being advertised as such: 'It fits Philips AVENT Bottles, Magic Cups and baby food jars'
It will only fit regular bottles.
The product itself is good at what it does and is effective but very disppointed it doesn't fit ALL philips avent bottles as advertised.

Awkward press buttons, ok for heating small bottles but takes ages to heat up 5+ oz, not good when baby is hungry now! I purchased this to have upstairs to save me going downstairs in the middle of the night, but in the end was quicker to go downstairs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by triniangelica This product has a good purpose
This product was perfect for warming milk during midnight feeds but after about 8 months of owning it started to malfunction in the sense that the milk would not come out warm but if you put it in a second time then it would work (this happened occasionally though) After returning it for a replacement, the new one worked fine up until about 2 months after which we had the same problem again.

Makes warming the bottles really quick and easy. Warmer is compact so easy to find a space on the kitchen counter. Whole thing needs to be taken to the sink to be emptied each time which may be inconvenient for some but personally I don't find it a problem, would rather do that than have some fiddly compartment or something to deal with as it's small enough to carry in one hand. Needs to be de-scaled regularly, can either use a special product or vinegar and water - I used vinegar and water and was concerned that it might leave a smell but it didn't at all. There is a similar Avent warmer which is cheaper but not digital and needs to be timed, this warmer you just choose whether the milk is chilled or frozen etc and the amount and it will then beep when it is ready.
