Extra audio cable not mentioned
Connects like all other laptop soundbars, with a USB cable. However, there is no mention of the extra audio cable that needs to be connected to the headphone socket. In my case, the socket is on the front of the laptop, which then impedes use of the keyboard as the cable is stretched across it. Not recommended. You can get other soundbars that use only a USB cable. I am returning this product immediately.
Sound quality is very good indeed.

Excellent value and sound for the size!
Excellent value at £15 and for the size of the bar the sound is really good - not booming bass but I didn't expect/want that, however, it can be adjusted with your PC equaliser to give a really nice sound according to your own personal taste. One slight negative is the cable isn't very long - I have a desktop PC so it doesn't reach far enough to fit on the top of my monitor how I have it set up. That said, if it it was any longer it would be too long for use with laptops which is what it's designed for! Cord wraps neatly round the clip at the back of the speaker. The clip has pads on both sides that grip the monitor so it doesn't scratch it. USB powered so plugged in and worked straight away.
