With the GC9920 ironing is a pleasure. It works exactly as per specification and is very easy to use. The iron glides nicely, you can press denim clothes as it was light cotton and linen with just one pass, the steamer is great to eliminate creases and wrinkles in delicates and wool, and the refresh option has save me trips to the dry cleaners. It also has a good size water tank and I do not have to worry about limescale since it cleans by itself from time to time. The only flaw is that the soft wheel covers are not tightly in place, therefore they fall off after some rolling and the hard plastic wheel can scratch the floor. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it. 5 October 2011
