doesn't play everything...
What it does play is great. The previous complaints about documentation weren't a problem for me, there's a full manual inside it's internal storage, or you can download one online. It connects to everything it says it does, but it won't play some files. Or rather, it plays them, but they are too pixelated and jaggy to watch. I had trouble with some 720p files like mkv and mp4 when playing from USB, SD micro, or internal storage. Was hoping to find a firmware update to fix this, but no luck yet

poor documentation and stinks driver
when I opened package, it seems nice and neat design.
But it turns out very much disappointmenting product.
Firstly, poor documentation.
I didn't expect much in this package, but this product has no manual or guide in it. Even iPod or well organized user interfaced product has few pages of manual. At least Philips should provide it in web site.
Next is poor device driver.
I'm using it with my laptop pc with win7. When I connected it to pc, it needs to run "picopix fun viewer" to use as external monitor. it doesn't synchronized with your monitor setting which you always set property.
Also, with the software you can chose clone or extra monitor. But with extra monitor, I only see mouse moving around but nothing can display. You CAN NOT use it as a extra monitor.
Finally, I wanted to see some youTube. then I couldn't extract video to full screen while this "picopix fun viewer" is running.
- it CAN NOT USE as EXTERNAL MONITOR
- there are LIMITATION on CLONE MONITOR as well
So my conculsion is Philips needs more software engineer to brush up this product. You should not waste your money on this unmatured product.
