What is sleep apnea

Sleep apnea is a common, treatable sleep disorder. Up to 4 percent of middle-aged men and 2 percent of middle-aged women in the UK have OSA. It can impact your energy levels, mental performance and long term health. In some cases, it is associated with increased risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and obesity.
