    Frequently asked questions

What should you do if you think you may have sleep apnea?

An evaluation by a doctor specialising in sleep disorders is recommended. They may advise you to have a sleep study done. A sleep study can provide the doctor with information about how you sleep and breathe. This information will help the doctor to determine your diagnosis and treatment options.

    What happens during the test?

Connect the device as shown in the user guide. The device will monitor your sleep and collect the data.

How does the delivery/collection process work?

You will receive a phone call from a member of our Sleep Support team to arrange delivery of the sleep study. We will work with you to organise an appropriate day for delivery and collection. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify the time at present for our deliveries and collections.

How big will the package be?

The Sleep study is the size of a small laptop.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

The courier will attempt redelivery. If this is also unsuccessful, the sleep study will be returned back to us. If the sleep study is sent back to us following an attempt to redeliver, we will contact you to rearrange another delivery.
