Refurbishment specialists test the quality and performance of every returned device to ensure they meet the quality you expect from Philips.

 

Those that pass are thoroughly cleaned and then repackaged, either in their original box or a plain recycled cardboard one.

 

If components need to be replaced, we only use original Philips parts. We replace the hygiene-related accessories (for example, shaver blades and air filters) or thoroughly clean them (for example, Philips Lumea IPL).
