    The pairing of the Philips scale and Philips health app has failed.
    Check that Bluetooth and the Philips HealthSuite app are on and make sure the Philips body analysis scale and your mobile device are no more than 5 metres apart.
    You can also try to switch Bluetooth off and on again on your phone to initiate a new connection.
