- If there is water on the touch panel, the buttons do not work. Make sure that the touch panel and your hands are dry when you use the touch panel
- Unplug and rotate (not applicable for all socket types) the plug 180° and reinsert in the wall socket
- The touch panel also comes with a protection sticker. For good functioning of the touch panel, make sure this is removed.
