Troubleshooting I cannot hear the alarm sound of my Wake-up Light The alarm in your Philips Wake-up Light should make your wake-up process nice and gentle. If you can't hear it, please check the following: The sound level might be too low Increase the sound level and check if it makes a difference. The alarm function might be switched off This is done by setting the control lever to the top position. The radio may be defective If you selected the radio as the alarm sound, the radio may be defective. Press the radio button after you switch off the alarm to check if the radio works.
