Sometimes the app crashes during the night and the alarm does not function properly in the morning. what can I do?
To continue enjoying your Wake-up Light, make sure that you have iOS8, iOS7 or iOS6 and the latest Philips Wake-up light App version 1.0.11 installed.
Reinstall the app if the problem remains
First remove the app from your iPhone/iPod touch by pressing and holding the Wake-up Light icon until the 'x' mark appears on the icon. Press the 'x' mark and confirm to remove the app. Then reinstall the app from the Appstore.
