My Wake-up Light does not respond

If your Philips Wake-up Light does not respond when you try to set different functions, try unplugging it and then plug it back in again.

The correct software:

Make sure that you have installed the latest
version of the Philips Wake-up Light App, version 1.0.11.

The correct adapter:

If you use an adapter to make Philips Wake-up Light work on your iPhone 5 or iPod touch 5, make sure that you use the official Apple 30-9 pin connector, which is available through Apple. Using an unofficial Apple adapter will allow you to charge, but you won't be able to set any functions.
