My Philips hair clipper is cutting my hair unevenly
If you are concerned about the performance of your Philips hair clipper, please try our troubleshooting advice below to try to solve this issue.
Comb not attached correctly
It is important that the cutting element or the trimming comb that you are using is attached correctly to the body of the hair clipper. If the attachments are not fitted correctly, the hair clipper may not work or give the desired results.
Pressing clipper too hard against your skin
If you press the clipper too hard against your skin, you may accidentally change the settings to high or low. This can result in uneven trimming.
Move the clipper gently over your skin to get the best trimming experience.
Trimmer is not touching the skin correctly
Make sure you hold the trimmer so that it is in full contact with your skin.
Moving the clipper in only one direction
Your hair grows in different directions, therefore, to get an even trim, try moving your trimmer in different directions (upwards, downwards and across) so that it covers all your facial hair.
