Troubleshooting

My Philips OneBlade does not work

There may be several reasons why your Philips OneBlade is not working. Below you will find the most common problems and what you can do to solve them.

The blade is blocked or damaged

Check the blade. Possibly the blade is blocked. Rinse the blade under the tap with warm water or replace it if it is damaged. If the blade is clogged, try soaking it in lukewarm water.

It is not charging

Check the charging light. During charging, the charge indicator on the adapter (QP252* models) or on the device (all other models) lights up. If the battery charge indicator does not light up, check whether there is a power failure or if the wall socket is live. If there is no power failure and the wall socket is live but the battery charge indicator still does not light up, the adapter or device may be broken.

The product is plugged in

OneBlade is designed to be used with foam, gel or in the shower. For safety reasons, it will not work when it is connected to a power outlet as electricity and water are a hazardous combination. Make sure to unplug it before use.

Model QP6520: the 'travel lock' is activated

Check if the 'travel lock' is activated. Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to deactivate the travel lock.
