    I cannot make a connection with the device in the Philips Treatment App.

    Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the smartphone/tablet.
    Make sure the device is switched on.
    Run the Treatment App, click 'Settings', then 'Your devices' and check if your device is in this list.
    If not, click “add new PulseRelief” / ''add new BlueTouch'' and switch on the device.
    Please note: for PulseRelief you might face problems with Android 7. Please update to Android 7.1 to make the device and app work properly.
