If the refill light on your Philips steamer keeps flashing even after you have refilled the water tank, the sensor in the water tank may be dirty.

Rinse the water tank with hot water
Unplug the steamer before you rinse the water tank and never immerse the base in water. When you empty the water tank, hold the base upside down and shake it carefully. If the refill light stays on after rinsing the water tank, please descale the steamer.
