Use fresh fruits and vegetables, as they contain more juice. You get the best taste if you use fruits and vegetables directly from the fridge.
Fruits like apples, pears, pineapples, grapes, pomegranates, oranges and melons, and vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery stalks are suitable for processing in the juicer.
Additional ingredients which you can put in the juicer: bananas, mangos, avocados or even almonds for special recipes like banana milk or almond milk (see recipe book) and also wheatgrass and leaves for healthy green juices.
