    What can I do if the meat mincer stops working during use?

    • Make sure the switch is in “ON” position
    • Make sure that the appliance is plugged in
    • Check if any ingredient is blocking the worm shaft
    • If so, switch off the appliance and press the “reverse” button

    If the problem persists, please contact the nearest Philips Consumer Care Centre.
