The inner bowl does not fit properly in the appliance and the lid does not close properly at the back. Is this normal?

    Published on 2021-07-04

The lid does not close properly at the back when the inner bowl is empty. This is because the back of the inner bowl is raised above the rim of the appliance when it is empty. This is normal and necessary to ensure good contact with the temperature sensor positioned at the front of the appliance. When you fill the inner bowl, it will fall properly into place in the appliance and make good contact with the temperature sensor.
