Tap handle is not firmly closed
If the tap handle of your Philips PerfectDraft is not closed correctly, you can open the handle a little and close it again.
Tap unit and the tube have not been placed correctly
Reinstall the tube of your Philips PerfectDraft by sliding it into the tap unit and pushing it down until you hear a 'click'. If you can move the arm of the connection top freely up and down, the tap unit is placed properly on the keg.
The keg is damaged
If the keg of your Philips PerfectDraft is damaged, you can install a new keg. Always use the new tube provided with each keg when you install a new keg.
There may be something wrong with the tube
You can reinstall the tube by sliding it into the tap of your Philips PerfectDraft unit and pushing it down until you hear a 'click'.
