I cannot connect my electric toothbrush to the Sonicare app.
If you cannot connect your Philips Sonicare electronic toothbrush to your Sonicare app. We are here to help. Just follow these simple steps.
Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Open the Philips Sonicare app and go to the Brush tab in the bottom-left corner of the app.
Activate your handle by either removing the handle from the charger or pressing the mode button once on your toothbrush. In either case the handle lights should turn on. The app should now automatically connect to your toothbrush.
To confirm if your handle is connected, turn your toothbrush on and you should see the timer on the screen begin to count down from 2 minutes. Another way is to go to the app menu found in the upper-left corner and select My Handle. On that screen, the Bluetooth will either say “connected” or “not connected”.
Still not working?
If the status is “not connected”, go back to the Brush tab in the bottom-left corner. There will be a troubleshooting guide that will help you to connect your toothbrush.
