By registering your product we can support you in a more efficient manner when needed. You will also get six months of additional warranty on your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush. Follow these instructions to register your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush.
Instructions for registering your toothbrush on My Philips
You can register your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush on My Philips by following these steps:
Go to My Philips to create an account. This is required to register your product.
Create an account using your e-mail or log in using your social account
Click register product and search for your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush. Use the HX number on the bottom of the handle.
Fill in the registration details such as date of purchase, proof of purchase and communication preferences. Note: Uploading the proof of purchase is optional.
Click register to finish your registration
Instructions for registering your toothbrush in the Philips Sonicare App
If you have a smart toothbrush, you can also register your toothbrush using the Philips Sonicare App. To register your connected toothbrush via the app, follow these instructions:
Go to the Philips Sonicare App
Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner
Select product registration
Follow the in-app instructions to complete the process.
Note: Before you can register your toothbrush, you need to synchronise your toothbrush to the Philips Sonicare App at least once.
