My Philips Sonicare app shows the error message "Calibration failed".
If your Philips Sonicare FlexCare Connected does not calibrate in the Philips Sonicare app, try the following to resolve this issue.

You might see the following error when connecting your toothbrush to the Sonicare app:
Calibration failed. Make sure your handle is on a flat surface and its lights are illuminated
1) Place the toothbrush handle on the charger.
2) While on the charger, hold down the Intensity Down button.
3) While holding down the Intensity Down button and the handle is on the charger, press the power button 3 times.
4) The handle will respond with 2 beeps.
