    • Check whether the device is switched on * Adjust the sound volume to an audible level * Remove the headphone from the headphone jack on the back of the device * If you use the battery to provide energy: > Make sure the batteries are fresh ones and not mixed with different type > Check the polarity of the inserted batteries to align with marks in the battery compartment
