Ensure that memory card is securely and correctly inserted into a memory card adapter * Ensure that memory card adapter is securely and correctly inserted into the media slot * Ensure that both memory card and memory card adapter are in working condition * Ensure that memory card contains the compatible file format (refer to Option - Supported memory card format) * Verify that the files are playable in the PC * Some files on memory cards may be distorted when played back due to the compatibility and quality of the file. * If you insert the memory card adaptor into the media slot while watching a DVD playback, the picture/sound from the disc may freeze/skip due to electrical interference.
