Yes. Based on field expertise, the different phases are positioned in the electrical counter often parallel and close to each other. This will result in automatic cross-over of the Powerline signals between the different phases so they will behave as one single phase, not influencing the network performance. This is no guarantee. If however you do experience problems, this can be solved with a phase coupler. This should be taken care off by a specialist to prevent dangerous situations.
