    Why my remote does not work via the Philips TVlink?

    1. Check and/or change the batteries in the remote control. 2. Your TV Link receiver is blocked by direct incoming light. Change its position, avoiding direct incoming sunlight or local illumination on its front panel. 3. Move closer and aim your remote control so that it is at a straight angle to the TV Link receiver. 4. If this problem remains, your remote control might be using a different communication protocol which is not supported.
