    Why can't I see the 3D effect on my 3D-labeled disc?

    The problem may be caused by the improper 3D glasses. There are some discs in the market labeled with 3D-version, you can only use a normal RED / GREEN filter glasses instead of an active 3D glasses to see the 3D effect.
