Check the wall outlet using another device.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, wait for 10 seconds, then insert it securely to the wall outlet.
Try turning the power on using both the remote and the power button on the front of the set. If the set only turns on using the power button on the front of the set, there is a problem with your remote.
Change the batteries in the remote, move closer to the set and make sure the remote is pointing toward the remote signal sensor on the set.
Either the remote and the power button or both the remote and the power button, you may contact our Customer Care Center for information on locating an authorized service center.
