Cannot select Progressive Scan on/off on my Philips player

1) In disc mode, press SYSTEM MENU. 2) Press to select Video. 3) Press OK to confirm. 4) Press ?/? to highlight Video Output, then press ?. 5) Press ?/? to select * YPbPr (for Y Pb Pr connection) * RGB (for Scart connection) 6) Press OK to confirm your selection.
