    My installation has worked before, but now I am unable to access and connect my Philips TV to my PC network

    • Make sure your PC and router are switched on

    • Make sure the network setting on the TV is set to DHCP & Auto IP, press Menu > Setup > Installation > Manual network installation > Network mode, select DHCP & Auto IP

    • It can take several seconds for the TV to connect
