My Philips portable player has no power

  • Maybe it is caused by the power adaptor is not properly connected > Check to make sure the AC power adaptor is properly connected * There may be something wrong with the AC outlet > Check if there is power at the AC outlet by plugging in another appliance * The built-in battery is drained > Push the power selection to OFF position , then connect the AC power adaptor to recharge the player * The car adaptor may be connected inappropriately > Check the car adaptor connection. Make sure the output voltage of the car connection is 12V DC
