    I cannot access the BD-live feature on my Philips player

    Network connection/Setup problem * Ensure that the Blu-ray player is connected to the network/Internet (Ethernet connection) * Ensure that the network cable is properly connected and the router is switched on * Re-setup network (Setting Menu > [Advance Setup] > [Network]) Local Storage does not have sufficient space * Clear/Reformat the local storage (Setting Menu > [Advance Setup] > [Clear Local Storage]) Note: When you clear the local storage, previous downloads from BD-Live will no longer be available. Blu-ray disc does not have BD-Live feature** * BD-Live feature is only for certain Blu-ray disc. Please refer to the Disc cover or the relevant Internet website for this information
