    Cannot access BD-live feature on my Philips HTS

    Network connection / Setup problem * Ensure that SoundBar is connected to network / Internet (Ethernet connection) * Ensure that network cable is properly connected and the router is switched on * Re-setup network (Setting Menu > [Advance Setup] > [Network]) Local Storage does not have sufficient space Clear / Reformat the local storage (Setting Menu > [Advance Setup] > [Clear Local Storage]) Note: When you clear the local storage, previous downloads from BD-Live will no longer be available. Blu-ray disc does not have BD-Live feature BD-Live feature is only for certain Blu-ray disc. Please refer to Disc cover or relevant internet website for this information
