    I cannot connect my Philips radio to Internet or Wi-Fi

    Before connecting the device to a network, familiarize yourself with the network router. Also, make sure that your home Wi-Fi network is enabled.

    Follow the connection steps in the user manual. If connection cannot be established, reset the radio to factory default and try again.

    To reset the radio to factory default:

    1. Switch on the device.
    2. Press HOME button to access the menu.
    3. Scroll to[System settings]. Press OK button to confirm.
    4. Scroll to[Factory Reset]. Press OK button to confirm.

    Tip: For better Wi-Fi reception, rotate and adjust the position of the Wi-Fi antenna.
