    • Make sure that there is no interference with the wireless network from microwave ovens, DECT phones, or other neighboring Wi-Fi devices * Place the wireless router and this product within five meters of each other * Make sure that this product and your mobile device share the same network * Reset this product to its factory settings * Make sure that the wireless router supports mDNS
