My Philips Sonicare Fill & Charge is not filling my AirFloss completely

Are you using Philips Sonicare Fill & Charge to fill your AirFloss? If you find that the Fill & Charge is not filling your AirFloss fully, follow our solutions below.

AirFloss handle is not placed properly

It is important that you place your AirFloss handle properly in order for it to charge. Below you will find step by step instructions for checking if it is placed properly:

  1. Check that the reservoir door on your Sonicare AirFloss is fully closed
  2. Place the AirFloss handle into the Fill & Charge station holder with the AirFloss reservoir door facing towards the middle of the Fill & Charge station. The Philips Sonicare logo should be facing outwards (towards you)
  3. Push the AirFloss handle down, making sure that the handle is touching the bottom of the charger. It is not placed correctly if you do not see the curved line facing down (under the Philips Sonicare logo)
  4. If you still see the curved line facing down while on the Fill & Charge station, simply press the handle down more into the charger to ensure it is fully inserted and connected

Tip: If you see bubbles rising from the bottom of the Fill & Charge station, it indicates that you AirFloss is filling correctly.

Solution

  1. Make sure that the reservoir door of your Sonicare AirFloss is fully closed.
  2. Put your AirFloss handle into the Fill and Charge station.
  3. Make sure that the handle is touching the bottom of the charger.
  4. Push the AirFloss handle towards the Fill and Charge station to lock it.
  5. When you hear a click, the AirFloss handle is fully engaged.

Tip: Bubbles rising from the bottom of the Fill and Charge station indicate that your AirFloss handle is filling.

Make sure the handle is touching the bottom of the charger.
If the handle is fully in contact with the charger, you will NOT see the curved line facing down (under the Sonicare logo) while it's in the charger.

If you can see this curved line, simply press the handle down into the charger to ensure it's fully inserted and connected to the charger.

Please note that if your AirFloss is not charging, it is still running and will lose power. This is why it's important to keep your AirFloss engaged on the charger when not in use.
