My Philips Heater does not work after I plug it into the socket
Published on 28 August 2024
The plug might not be properly connected
Check whether you have connected the power plug properly to a working electrical socket.
No heated airflow
If your Philips Heater is equipped with a Ventilation mode, check if the Ventilation mode is on when there is no heated airflow. In this mode, the appliance will create an unheated stream of air. If it is in Auto mode, the heating function will not be activated when the set target temperature is lower than the ambient temperature. Please check the temperature setting on your device.
Overheat protection is triggered
Your Philips Heater is equipped with overheat protection. Unplugging the appliance while it is in operation may trigger it. Please wait a few minutes for the appliance to cool down before attempting to power it on again.
