    Tarhana, a fermented and dehydrated mix of flour, yoghurt, onions, tomatoes and green peppers forms the base of this traditional Turkish soup.

    Servings 4 persons, Preparation time 0 minutes, Cooking time: 23 minutes


    • 3½ tbsp tarhana
    • 3½ tbsp tomato purée
    • 1.2 l vegetable stock
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • optional: 1 tsp salt*


    • Place all of the ingredients into the soup maker, close the lid and press the cream soup program.
    • When the soup is ready, open the lid and pour into suitable cups or bowls.
