Spend more time outdoors
Natural light has been shown to be beneficial when it comes to improving eye comfort. Spend more time outdoors and encourage your children to do the same. 
Read or study in comfort

Limit screen time
Cell phones, computers, tablets and television. For too many of us, our lives are dominated with screens and their artificial light. If your kids spend too much time with screens, have them rest their eyes by regularly closing them for 30 seconds.
Practice eye yoga
There are simple eye yoga exercises, which help to improve eye comfort. You can do these at home.
